Play around with different flavors. The main thing is to find a combination that you enjoy, that will help you get your daily water intake. You CAN eat the fruit, but it will probably be watered down, since a lot of the flavor has been released in to the water.
Some simple choices
If you don’t like some of these combinations, you can do some simple things, like using fresh squeezed lemon, lime, or orange in your water. Cranberry juice added to water will give you some added flavor, too. Again, just experiment with different flavor combinations and find what works!
Aim for a minimum of 64 ounces a day, up to a gallon. Take it slow, especially if you’re not use to drinking water. Do this for you! You won’t regret it!
