TruVision…..Does it work? I will give an honest review of it here!
Does TruVision really work?
This review is coming from a true skeptic! I had seen results from several people, one of which I personally know! Well, that doesn’t necessarily mean it works, now does it? But sometimes, when desperation sets in, you have to give it a shot! After all, I’ve tried everything else, so what do I have to lose besides the money that I spent! And I’ve “been there, done that” before, too!
I have tried everything I can think of to lose weight! Well, almost everything, because I haven’t gone the surgical route. Yet! But if there’s a diet out there, I’ve probably done it! And I’ve even been successful on a few! But old habits die hard, so I can never manage to keep the weight off! Will this one be different? Only time will tell, I guess!
All I know for sure is that I was tired of feeling the way I felt all the time! Tired! Frustrated! Hopeless! Yep…..and all on a daily basis! I hated what I saw in the mirror, hated getting dressed because nothing fit. And I refused to go by new clothes! I had every size imaginable, from my skinny days up until my current weight! So I figured that spending the money on this wasn’t any worse than going out and buying all new clothes!
But does it work?
I decided i was going to keep a journal for one month, then do this review. I took measurements the first day, along with weighing myself. Sometimes, in the weight loss journey, the scales themselves don’t always tell the true story….or I should say, the whole story. So, as much as I hated to see those measurements, I did it anyway! And I took a selfie! No biggie to most people, but that’s something I DON’T do……EVER! I hate everything about the way I look, but if I was going to put this to the test, I was going all in!
Also in my journal journey, I kept track of any exercise I did, when I took the supplements, and how I felt each day. I figured this would be the best way to determine if it was working, and when it started to work.
What I did not put in my journal, is what I ate. Some days were harder than others, but this is normal! For the most part, my energy level was better than what it had been. Not every day, but most of them. Drinking water, which is highly recommended, was hard for me, too. Water intake is important for flushing out your system and to keep hydrated.
With all that being said, remember that each on of us is different! Some people won’t struggle at all, others will!
I know! Get to the point! Does TruVision work?
So does TruVision work? I didn’t make any changes to what I did. No food changes, no more exercise than what I usually do.
Weigh ins weren’t always the greatest, but at the end of the first month, I was down 7 pounds….which I’ll gladly take! While 7 pounds doesn’t sound like a lot, I am the type of person who loses 1/2 pound a week, at the most, and then gain 1 back. So for me, I was thrilled! Especially since I didn’t change what I ate.
Measurements didn’t change much. I think it was a total of 2 inches overall.
Update coming in 4 more weeks!
I plan on giving this more time, and will link and update to this article in one month. I would like to put more effort in to it, but with the holiday season approaching, that might be easier said than done! This time of year has always been hard on me! So, I’ll take what I can get!
Check back in a month, follow me on Pinterest and Instagram, because as I see changes, I will be posting pictures. I hear that most people start seeing visual results around week 6. I want to help any one and everyone to be successful, too! Contact me for how you, too, can get started on YOUR own weight loss journey with TruVison, if that is your goal! I’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have. I can also give you a link to get a one week sample pack for $25, so you can try it for a week before committing to a full month! Maybe my next post will include before and current pictures of ME! It depends on how this next month goes, so we’ll see!
See you next month!
I thought I’d come back in and update this.
It is now January, 3 months in to TruVision. I still feel that it works, but I have been very inconsistent with my water intake and remembering to take my two pills. I have not GAINED anything, which is a major plus, but I also haven’t lost any more.
Life got in the way a little too much over the holidays. Plus I started a part time job that has some really weird hours, like 2 a.m. start times, so I have to do some readjusting. I don’t want to take my first dose that early, and I also don’t want to eat or drink anything at that time, other than coffee, which is just to get me up and moving!
So now that I think I have myself acclimated to these hours and remembering to take BOTH doses, I’ll come back in another month and give you an update!
